Cancellation policy

Failure to give Central Healthcare a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of any treatment will result in a minimum cancellation fee of 50% of the total treatment charge or any course items in credit will be deducted automatically from your package. If cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the original appointment time, the full cost of the appointment will be charged or any course items in credit will be deducted automatically from your package. Non kept appointments will be charged in full. All treatment times are approximate and any late arrivals may not receive full treatment time or may have to forfeit their treatment.

Booking and deposits

Appointments can be made via telephone or calling into our clinic. To secure your appointment, all clients are asked to make a monetary deposit of at least 50% of the total treatment charge either by card or cash. Please note we do not accept cheques. If a client has previously purchased a treatment package, a deposit will not be required if the client has treatments in credit with Central Healthcare. All deposits, packages and gift vouchers are non refundable.

Contraindications policy

Most individuals are able to have colonic irrigation but there are some medical conditions which prevent us from carrying out the treatment this is listed on our website, so if you are under doctor's care for any medical condition please check our contraindications to treatment page. If you are concerned about any of these or have any other medical condition you think we should be aware of please call the centre before booking and one of the nurses will advise you if we can carry out the treatment. Failure to notify Central Healthcare of any contraindications you may have will result in the loss of your deposit or package credit.

Packages policy

All packages are to be used over a maximum of 12 months from date of purchase. Packages are strictly non refundable and for the use of one person only and are non-transferable. Failure to inform Central Healthcare of any changes to your health or any new contraindications prior to booking an appointment will result in loss of a treatment from your package.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available from our clinic or online at www.centralhealthcare.co.uk or call for phone orders. Gift vouchers are available for any specific treatment, or monetary vouchers can be purchased. All gift vouchers are strictly non refundable and are valid for a maximum of a six month period.

Payment terms

We accept all major credit cards including American Express. Cash payments are also welcome. Regrettably we can no longer accept cheques.
